At Quiet Pleasure, we prioritise the health, safety, and confidence of our customers. Due to the intimate nature of our products, certain return requirements apply to ensure strict hygiene standards.
Returns Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging
- All tags, manuals, and accessories must be included
- Packaging must be intact and unaltered
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
For hygiene and safety reasons, any item that has been opened, unsealed, or shows signs of use cannot be returned.
How to Request a Return

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide the return instructions and the designated return address.
Items sent back to us without an authorised return request will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
In accordance with South African hygiene and health regulations, the following items cannot be returned:
- Any intimate product that has been opened or unsealed
- Personal wellness or body-contact devices
- Lubricants, oils, and consumables
If you are uncertain whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before opening the packaging.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or solution accordingly.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.
Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing may take up to 10 business days
- Additional time may be required by your bank or card provider
