1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing time does not include courier transit time.

2. Shipping Times

Standard delivery within South Africa typically takes:

  • 2–5 business days for major cities
  • 3–7 business days for regional or remote areas

Delivery times may vary depending on courier capacity, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your courier tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and courier rates.
Promotional free shipping may apply at certain order thresholds.

5. Discreet Packaging and Billing

All orders from Quiet Pleasure are packaged and shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no references to adult wellness products, our store name, or product types.

Your billing statement will display a neutral business name such as “QP Store” or “MKV Trading” to protect your privacy.

We take discretion seriously to ensure your experience remains fully confidential.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your address details are accurate when placing your order.
Quiet Pleasure is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Failure to collect parcels from the courier
  • Redirect requests submitted after dispatch

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or shows incorrect tracking activity, please contact us at support@quietpleasure.co.za, and we will assist in opening a courier investigation.

Claims for lost parcels must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

8. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, contact us immediately upon receipt so we can assist with next steps.
Do not discard any packaging until we confirm courier requirements.

9. Shipping Limitations

We currently ship within South Africa only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
